NCS Basic Support provides a defined number of hours of qualified support that can be called off at the client’s convenience. By buying a package, clients are provided with the most economical service delivery without compromising availability.

At the other end of the support spectrum, NCS Premier Support provides a full Project Management and Delivery capability. Premier Support contact details are negotiated individually and delivered against a specific Service Level Agreement.
