NCS offers a range of Support Services. We offer full support for all Applications developed for clients and for all Technology projects delivered for clients. We also offer a full range of packaged services designed to supplement a client's own resources.

The NCS Support Desk offers a dedicated single point of contact for all inbound requests.

NCS technical staff are highly qualified Oracle Professionals who can provide client support in a number of formats.

NCS Virtual Database Administrator, provides high-level Oracle DBA skills as an outsourced function. Always there when you need it….on-site or remote.

NCS Virtual Developer provides a tailored program to top up existing client skills, usually as part of a development project….on site or remote.

NCS Telephone Support is available on a sliding scale from Business Day to 24 X 7.

NCS also offer a 24 X 7 Database monitoring service, running remotely to identify and rectify problems and potential problems so clients are assured of the highest availability of their core platform.

Service Level Agreements are put in place for all contracted Support Services and performance measured against these commitments.
