NCS Virtual Developer provides a tailored program to top
up existing client skills, usually as part of a development project….on
site or remote.
NCS Telephone Support is available on a sliding scale from
Business Day to 24 X 7.
NCS also offer a 24 X 7 Database monitoring service, running
remotely to identify and rectify problems and potential problems
so clients are assured of the highest availability of their core
platform.
Service Level Agreements are put in place for all contracted
Support Services and performance measured against these
commitments.
